For new clients, select 'discovery call' option. A discovery call is a free (up to) 30 min session that lets us get to know each other and gives you the option of seeing if coaching is for you without any commitments.
I offer a range of times for our sessions, including 30min, 45mins, and 1hr appointments. I offer sessions through Google Meets, over the phone, or in person meetings when possible. I can't wait to get started with you! Sessions range from $40-$60.

FAQs
What happens after I book a session?
If you book through the website, you will receive an email confirmation. On the morning of your appointment, you will receive another confirmation text with payment information/instructions. Once payment has been received, I will call you at our scheduled time.

Future/additional appointments can be scheduled through the website or by phone after our first session. Appointments scheduled by text/phone will not receive an initial confirmation email and will only receive the confirmation text the morning of the appointment.

How is payment collected?
Payment will be collected through e-transfer and is due before your appointment. If it has not been received after text conformation (and up to one hour before your scheduled time), your appointment will be canceled.

What is your late policy?
There is a fifteen minute grace period for your appointment. The time you are late will count as part of your scheduled session. If you later than 15 minutes your appointment will be forfeited with no refund.

After 3 missed appointments, there will be a $15 surcharge on your next scheduled session.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before your appointment. If your appointment has already been paid and you cancel within the approved time, you will be refunded. If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours before, you will only be refunded half. If you no show your appointment there will be no refund.
